Bookkeeper / Finance Executive

We’re looking for an experienced Bookkeeper / Finance Executive to join the team and play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records while supporting a wide range of client needs.
Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate financial records (purchases, sales, receipts, and payments)

Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies

Manage accounts payable and receivable (invoicing, payments, chasing debts)

Process payroll with accuracy and timeliness

Prepare financial reports and client statements

Assist with tax preparation, including VAT returns and filings

Use software such as Xero, Dext, and Bright Manager to manage records

Communicate with clients on financial queries and updates
About You

Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role

Strong grasp of accounting principles and practices

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Highly organised with good time-management skills

Able to work independently and as part of a team
