Asset Analyst — Job Specification

Our client is a fast-growing energy infrastructure business that adopts gas and electricity networks as they're constructed — taking responsibility for asset data and records, network maintenance, and end-customer services for EV charger customers.

The Asset Analyst will receive all the training and support needed to maintain the asset data that underpins the portfolio, maximising its lifetime revenue while helping to resolve queries. The role will provide first-class front-line support for network, EV charging and wider energy assets; ensure 100% of asset data and records are captured, up to date and accurate within SLAs; and join a growing team.

Responsibilities & accountabilities

  • Maintain network systems to reflect the growing portfolio, ensuring meter points are registered and included in billing following meter installation
  • Maintain and update charge systems so all live charge points are available for charging and revenue-optimised
  • Ensure asset databases and industry registers are accurate through exception reporting and reconciliations
  • Support regulatory compliance through system monitoring and reporting
  • Assist with routine KPI reporting for the senior management team
  • Ensure service SLAs are achieved and customer needs are met, including responding to customer queries
  • Take part in regular training and learning activities to maintain and develop skills and knowledge
  • Follow all company policies, procedures and working practices, including health and safety
  • Any other reasonable duties as required
