Asset Analyst
Location: Horley/hybrid working
Salary: [£24-25k plus benefits
Contract: 12 month FTC

We’re looking for an Asset Analyst who wants to build their career in a dynamic, future-focused environment. You’ll receive full training and ongoing support to become an expert in maintaining the asset data that underpins millions in recurring revenue and enables us to deliver a best-in-class service for our customers.
What you’ll be doing
In this varied and impactful role, you will:

Maintain accurate asset data to maximise the lifetime value of our growing network portfolio.

Monitor and reconcile meter databases and industry registers to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Track and recover removed meter assets.
-
Keep our network systems up to date so new meter points are correctly registered and included in billing.

Support routine KPI reporting for senior management.

Handle customer and internal queries to meet service SLAs and deliver an exceptional experience.

Take part in regular training to build skills and stay up to date with changes in the industry.
