Asset Analyst

Location: Horley/hybrid working
Salary: [£24-25k plus benefits
Contract: 12 month FTC

We’re looking for an Asset Analyst who wants to build their career in a dynamic, future-focused environment. You’ll receive full training and ongoing support to become an expert in maintaining the asset data that underpins millions in recurring revenue and enables us to deliver a best-in-class service for our customers.


What you’ll be doing

In this varied and impactful role, you will:

  • Maintain accurate asset data to maximise the lifetime value of our growing network portfolio.

  • Monitor and reconcile meter databases and industry registers to ensure accuracy and compliance.

  • Track and recover removed meter assets.

  • Keep our network systems up to date so new meter points are correctly registered and included in billing.

  • Support routine KPI reporting for senior management.

  • Handle customer and internal queries to meet service SLAs and deliver an exceptional experience.

  • Take part in regular training to build skills and stay up to date with changes in the industry.
