Job Title:         Administrator (Energy)

Location:         Redhill, Surrey

Our client has an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join their global energy consultancy, offering the resources and scope to provide plenty of career progression.

Our client is a long-established international energy management consultancy working with large, multi-site Industrial & Commercial clients. As an Administrator you will be provided with in-house training working alongside their team of Administrators & Consultants.

An integral part of our operations team supporting their senior administrators & consultants. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Support Consultant, monitor communication dealing with issues that can be immediately resolved.
  • Ensure up to date paperwork is held for each client, refreshing on an annual basis, escalate to Consultant if unsuccessful.
  • Ensuring all documentation is input into our iCloud system when appropriate.
  • Check sites list are correct for fixed/flex tenders in conjunction with Consultant
  • Monitor Supplier registration and follow up on any Objections – highlighting any issues to Consultant
  • Ensure all appropriate contract paperwork are completed
  • Ensure internal systems are updated regularly
  • Terminate supply contracts when required
  • Undertake Change of Tenancy transfers for client site, when required
  • Follow up on queries (supplier & client) and escalate to Consultant when required
  • Manage client set up, enter contract details etc
  • Support Consultant with upcoming client meetings.

Knowledge and skills required:

  • Good written and verbal communication
  • Coordination - ability to handle the administration of regular client information
  • Generate and maintain regular monthly client reports
  • Organised – able to manage large amounts of information
  • Detail minded – ability to handle and review detailed information
  • Organisation skills - the ability to prioritise workflows and responsibilities
  • Competence in MS Office suite –Excel and Word skills and the ability to sort, filter and manipulate data into template reports
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Ideally an understanding of energy/water industry would be of advantage but not essential

On the job training in our systems will be provided
