A busy multi-branch lettings and property management agency is seeking an experienced and highly organised Bookkeeper / Lettings Accounts Manager to join its thriving team. This role is ideal for a confident, numerically minded individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is capable of managing a broad range of accounting and client-focused tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage client and tenant monies

  • Rent collection and allocation

  • Bank/credit card reconciliations

  • Process invoices and weekly payments

  • Register and reconcile tenant deposits

  • Prepare client statements and monthly management reports

  • Support annual audit

  • Handle client and tenant queries

  • Regular use of Excel and accounting spreadsheets

About You

  • 1–2 years’ lettings accounts or bookkeeping experience

  • Strong Excel and IT skills

  • High accuracy and attention to detail

  • Able to prioritise and meet deadlines

  • AAT or similar qualification (preferred)

Hours & Benefits

  • Monday–Friday: 9am–5pm or 8:30am–4:30pm
