A busy multi-branch lettings and property management agency is seeking an experienced and highly organised Bookkeeper / Lettings Accounts Manager to join its thriving team. This role is ideal for a confident, numerically minded individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is capable of managing a broad range of accounting and client-focused tasks.
Key Responsibilities

Manage client and tenant monies

Rent collection and allocation

Bank/credit card reconciliations

Process invoices and weekly payments
-
Register and reconcile tenant deposits

Prepare client statements and monthly management reports

Support annual audit
-
Handle client and tenant queries
-
Regular use of Excel and accounting spreadsheets
About You

1–2 years’ lettings accounts or bookkeeping experience

Strong Excel and IT skills
-
High accuracy and attention to detail
-
Able to prioritise and meet deadlines
-
AAT or similar qualification (preferred)
Hours & Benefits

Monday–Friday: 9am–5pm or 8:30am–4:30pm
