Account Manager – Hybrid (Reading) | £28–33k + Bonus

We’re looking for a proactive, commercially minded Account Manager to turn marketing momentum into real opportunities. You’ll be at the heart of our success — identifying and qualifying leads, nurturing relationships, and helping customers achieve their goals while delivering outstanding results for the business.
What You’ll Do

Generate high-quality leads through smart prospecting — calls, email, social and more.

Collaborate closely with Marketing to shape and execute strategic lead generation campaigns.

Build strong, trust-based relationships with customers from onboarding to renewal, uncovering opportunities for growth and expansion.

Use data-driven insights and best-in-class sales tools to target prospects and track performance.

Partner with Sales to run discovery calls, qualify needs and convert leads into opportunities.

Maintain CRM accuracy and report on key metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Negotiate renewals, ensure customer satisfaction, and spot opportunities to upsell or cross-sell.
What You’ll Bring

Around 2+ years’ experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales.

A genuine passion for driving customer growth and retention.

Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

A proactive, can-do attitude with the confidence to work independently.

Competence with CRM tools, MS Office, and LinkedIn.
